A lot has happened since my last post.

For starters, it’s a new year. For those who are unsure, it’s now 2007. So far it’s nothing special. It’s not a leap year, it isn’t an election year, and there’s no Olympics. Peyton Manning did finally make it to the Super Bowl, so I guess that’s special.

Secondly, the area I live in was hit by a huge ice storm. The cheesy news stations here dubbed it “Ice Storm ‘07.” I bet that took hours of brainstorming, in a stuffy boardroom. Well, I was left without power for a full week. It’s not fun, especially in the cold. I did manage to stay at a friends house about midway through. As of today, I’m still without the internet connection I pay for, but thankfully there’s a magical little gem named, “Unsecured Wireless.”

Finally, I’ve been putting the final touches on a new logo for Fusion, the college/singles ministry of a friend of mine. As soon as that’s done, or maybe before, I’ll start on the website design. As things get a little closer to completion, I’ll post some images of what everything will look like.

Now it’s off to go watch UFC 67. It seems as though I may have been getting ready to do the same thing when I wrote “What is This?“, which was the post right before this one.
