Saturday Stumble: Sainte-Chapelle de Paris
The ‘Saturday Stumble’ is a new thing I’m going to start doing. Every Saturday, I’m going to post something I found through StumbleUpon that piqued my interest that week.
This week’s Saturday Stumble is a 360°, QuicktimeVR photo from the site, FromParis. The Sainte-Chapelle is located on the ÃŽle de la Cité in Paris, France. It was commissioned by Louis IX as a chapel for the royal palace. It’s a fine example of Gothic architecture, and I really love all the stained glass. If you have a slower internet connection, it may take a little bit to load, but it’s worth the time. At least I think so.
